Three kiddos: The eldest Caleb (16) is a very private person and prefers not to be written about here very often. The crafty gal, Catelynn (11). She's my right hand woman. She's hilarious and gets right in there with me when it comes to anything creative and/or thrifty. The babe, Chloe (4). She's growing into a really great little person, learning something new everyday and teaching me even more. The so called adults: The mama, Carri. I love to try anything and everything crafty and creative. I make a special effort to work on something creative everyday. The daddy, Chris. He loves to read and write. He's our friend, playmate, support system, and all around great guy.

These socks are the only gift I have finished for Catelynn's handmade birthday (modeled by Chloe). I have one week to finish the rest of her gifts and then I'll be running around getting ready for her party.

The pattern is called Mockery and is available as a free pdf here. Catelynn picked out this yarn a while back and I have no idea what the colorway or anything is. I think it's superwash merino but don't hold me to it.
