This is it! The last day of NaBloPoMo! I honestly didn't think I was going to make it with being sick and all this last week.
I am feeling a good bit better this morning so hopefully I will be able to accomplish something today. I feel so behind in all that I have had planned to do. We begin our advent calendar tomorrow and I haven't even finished it yet! It shouldn't be too hard though. We're using what I made last year and it just needs to be attached to a ribbon to hang on the wall. I share more about it next week.
I have spent a lot of time reading through blogs this week. And I have added way too many to bloglines. But I found some more projects to add to our crafting this month. These stacked fabric trees are so on the list. Some ornaments, felt and salt dough. We have been working on a paper bead garland that might just take until Christmas day to complete. Our attention span doesn't hold out for long on that one. So much to do. But also so much fun to be had in the days ahead.
Today I am going to focus on getting the house back in order. The kids have been great about keeping their messes to a minimum. All except Chloe. She has had the best time scrounging through all the toys. Most of which are in the bathroom floor. And the rest are in all the nooks and crannies of the living room.
I am taking the weekend off from blogging. I need to try to catch up on responding to comments and emails, and commenting on some other blogs too. I'll be back Monday, hopefully with lots of crafting to show and (fingers crossed) an update for the shop. Happy weekend!
